Gentle Reader: I found these gorgeous banana peppers at the Farmer’s Market. While my kitchen sees its fair share of the various shades of bell peppers, I confess I have never cooked with these–in part because those offered in the grocery stores have not inspired me like these have. Please share your family favorites using banana peppers and in a later post, I’ll recap the cooking adventures that follow.
