I’m hosting our local wine club tomorrow night and I’m going to mix it up a little bit. Typically the host puts out an assortment of hors d oeuvres and our purveyor of wine works with the host to provide several interesting wines to sample.
I’ll be providing 5 different finger-food items replicating a 5-course meal–from appetizers through dessert. Each food item will be paired with an appropriate wine and served at different stations throughout the house. (And outside on the porch)
I’m expecting about 40 guests. I’ll let you know how it goes. Guess I better get cooking!
